Job Title: Assistant Director – Media Communications Role: Graphic Designer Location: Delhi Experience: 4-6 years Job Purpose To act as a visual storyteller who balances a strong design foundation with digital speed, creating both static brand identities and dynamic motion graphics to enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Branding: Design social media creatives, digital campaigns, and core branding assets.
- Motion & Video: Create motion graphics and handle video editing/reel production.
- Tech-Forward Design: Utilize professional design suites to deliver polished, high-quality visual work.
- Archiving: Maintain archives of communication materials and design assets. Education and Experience:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, ideally within a PR agency or corporate setting.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse mix of static and motion work.
- Bonus: Proven track record of integrating AI tools into the design workflow for efficiency. Skills (Soft and Functional)
- Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
- A mindset for experimentation and an eye for modern digital aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of national and regional visual landscapes.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
