Assistant Human Resources Manager -People & Culture

Talasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant HR Manager -People & Culture for a boutique creative studio and digital agency that offers end-to-end branding, content and marketing strategies focused on "conscious" and authentic storytelling. This is an impactful role that entails people management & culture setting Responsibilities

• HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company goals. Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development efforts.
• Policy Development: Create and uphold strong HR and administrative policies. Offer counseling on HR policies to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Team Management: Work towards a positive workplace culture by promptly addressing employee concerns and proactively resolving issues. Efficiently handle daily administrative HR tasks such as leave management.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances and disputes, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management: Meet hiring targets, simplifying the onboarding process for new hires & ensuring a smooth transition.
• Performance Management: Establish a robust performance appraisal system, incorporating goal setting and regular reviews. Monitor employee performance closely, conduct periodic one-on-ones to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Supervise daily administrative operations to improve efficiency and resource management.
• HR Compliances - Ensure timely HR compliances & accurate filings of PF, Gratuity, etc Good to Have-
• 2-3 years experience in owning end-to-end HR function, specialising in people management & culture setting
• Experience working in early stage startups
• Strong communication skills CTC - Upto Rs,10LPA (Basis last drawn) Location - Kasturba Road, Bangalore
