Job Title: BI Analyst – Tableau, SQL & Python Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru 10 days onsite Job Type: Contract 2 hire Experience Required 3–7Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in building interactive dashboards, writing complex SQL queries, and using Python for data analysis and automation. The candidate should be capable of converting business requirements into meaningful insights through advanced data visualization and analytics. Mandatory Skills

• Expert-level experience in Tableau
• Strong SQL programming and query optimization skills
• Good hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, automation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports.
• Troubleshoot dashboard and reporting issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
