Business Analyst

Job Summary Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and coordination with development and QA teams. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create user flows, process flows, and functional workflows.
• Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements during development and testing.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and dependency analysis.
• Define acceptance criteria and support QA test scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT and track stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain requirement traceability and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of professional Business Analyst experience.
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
• Good SDLC and Agile/Scrum understanding.
• Strong process mapping and functional analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar tools preferred.
