Job description

Red Global is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in HR (P&O), Archiving and Document Management Systems (DMS) to support the transition from folder-based document storage to a structured, Workday-integrated DMS platform . The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design document management solutions, and support implementation and migration activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with P&O stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze current document storage systems and identify gaps
  • Define DMS solutions including taxonomy, metadata, and retention policies
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and migration plans
  • Support document/data migration and ensure proper classification and alignment with Workday
  • Assist in testing (UAT) and ensure quality of DMS implementation
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with HR/P&O systems
  • Strong exposure to Document Management Systems (SharePoint, OpenText, etc.)
  • Knowledge of document migration, archiving, and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
