Role & responsibility Job Description Cloud, DevOps & Information Security Lead Experience 6 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years of recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure production environments. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Cloud, DevOps & Information Security Lead to manage cloud infrastructure, DevOps, production reliability, security operations, compliance readiness and customer-facing technical discussions. The candidate should have strong Azure experience, working knowledge of AWS, and practical exposure to information security, audits and enterprise customer assessments. This is a hands-on role and requires independent ownership, troubleshooting capability and strong coordination across Engineering, QA, Product, Operations and customer teams. Cloud, DevOps and Production Operations

  • Manage Azure infrastructure across development, pre-production and production environments.
  • Work with Azure services such as AKS, App Service, Application Gateway, WAF, API Management, PostgreSQL, Storage, Key Vault, Container Registry, Redis and virtual machines.
  • Manage Azure networking, private endpoints, NSGs, identity, RBAC and secure access.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalent tools.
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Support cloud migration, environment recreation, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Monitor infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Sentinel or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
  • Improve availability, scalability, deployment reliability, security and cloud cost optimisation.
  • Possess working knowledge of AWS services such as IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS or ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, KMS and WAF. Information Security, Compliance and Audit
  • Implement and maintain cloud and application security controls.
  • Manage access controls, secrets, encryption, vulnerability remediation and security monitoring.
  • Support VAPT activities, risk assessments, security incidents and remediation tracking.
  • Coordinate internal audits, external audits and customer security assessments.
  • Support compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, DPDP and customer-specific security requirements.
  • Maintain security policies, procedures, risk registers, evidence and audit documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to collect, validate and maintain audit evidence.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, VAPT vendors and SOC providers.
  • Respond to customer information security questionnaires and vendor due diligence assessments.
  • Represent the organisation in customer discussions related to cloud architecture, data security, logging, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and access management. Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with Azure networking, monitoring, security and identity services.
  • Experience in production support, incident management and root-cause analysis.
  • Understanding of cloud security, vulnerability management and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience handling audits, security questionnaires and customer technical discussions.
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud and security services.
  • Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to independently own activities and drive them to closure. Preferred Experience
  • Experience in healthcare, health-tech, pharmaceutical, fintech or another regulated industry.
  • Exposure to HIPAA, DPDP, GDPR, SOC 2 or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or another SIEM platform.
  • Experience working with external SOC, audit or security service providers.
  • Exposure to application security and secure software development practices. Key Behavioural Expectations
