Creative designer ( graphics and Video)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer (Graphics and Video) role based in Kochi. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and produce high-quality graphics and short videos for digital and print channels, supporting marketing campaigns and student-focused communication. Day-to-day tasks include designing social media creatives, presentations, brochures, website assets, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with academic, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. The Creative Designer will also manage project files, prepare assets for various platforms, and stay updated on design and video trends relevant to education and youth audiences. Qualifications

• Strong creative design skills, including concept development and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Experience in branding, including creating and maintaining consistent visual identities.
• Ability to design for web, including web design fundamentals and creating digital assets for websites and landing pages.
• Skilled in video creation and editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful design work for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education or e-learning sector is an added advantage.
