• *Key Responsibilities** - Analyze large datasets to derive business insights and trends - Support decision-making across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance - Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause analysis - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI - Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation - Work with data warehouses/lakehouse environments - Use Python for data wrangling and advanced analysis - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements - Translate business requirements into analytical solutions - Create Source to Target Mapping documents by deep diving into existing systems - Work with Data Engineers and Data Modelers in eliciting business requirements and related functional documents ---
