Role- Data Analyst- Looker, Python, Tableau Expo- 6+ yrs Location- Greater Noida/ Pune/ Hyd Description: Business/Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with modern Business Intelligence platforms, SQL, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, define reporting requirements, analyze data, and deliver dashboards and insights that support informed business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data, and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Define, validate, and document business metrics and KPIs.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with developers to maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency of reporting across analytical assets.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and technical teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, report validation, and issue resolution.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
