Data Analyst - R/SQL/Python

Position - Data AnalystJob Description Lead the complete data team with ability to structure data & analyze it for business actionable Deliver critical data-driven insights to solve key business problems, aid decision making to grow business Build deep & hands-on knowledge of data structure, logic and operations of Zypp's data platforms to extract data, conduct analysis & build intelligence Break down business problems into actionable data problems Design A/B experiments, analyse results & share inferences to improve processes, product features, Offers, Pricing, customer experience Understand city & business-line specific use-cases and enrich marketing/ org. understanding through data, analysis & insights Build dashboards and reports to run business backed by data Work on various cohorts to help management understand trends and take data-backed decisionSkill Requirements Lead & mentor the data team Proficient in data structure, cohort analysis Ability to build reports/dashboards Theoretical & working knowledge of data analytics Ability to understand data trends and represent it with right data structures Bias for action Highly analytical Good knowledge of SQL, Advance MS Excel, Studio, Tableau & other data tools
