By applying a scientific and data-driven approach, you will help teams better understand customer behaviour, optimize performance, and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces through enhanced customer experiences. Analyze large datasets to measure the business and customer impact of Big Data initiatives. Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities. Partner with product managers, business teams, regional stakeholders, and data scientists to evaluate solution and model performance. Use data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights clearly and effectively. Support decision-making through a scientific and data-driven approach that improves customer and business outcomes across O+O channels. Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation through data. Experience applying data analytics, statistical methods, and insights generation in a commercial environment, ideally within retail or customer-focused businesses. Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and analytical methodologies. Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data analysis techniques. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning evaluation, and performance measurement. Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. A customer-focused mindset and passion for using data to improve customer experiences.
