Data Scientist / Business Analyst

Job description
You will join the asset analytics and data science team to solve complex problems and drive profitability through data-driven insights. Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models to optimize customer experience, revenue generation, and ad targeting.
- Extract and reprocess data from large datasets and warehouses using SQL, R, or Python.
- Perform feature engineering and statistical analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Build automated dashboards and reports in PowerBI to track model performance and data accuracy. Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Science, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for model development.
- Strong expertise in Statistics and Hypothesis testing.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Ability to query databases and manage Big Data environments.
- Experience in customer segmentation and advanced analytics.
- Proven ability to translate large datasets into actionable business solutions. Preferred Skills
- Experience with PowerBI for dashboarding and reporting.
