Job Title: Digital Marketing & Brand Executive Location: Kottayam, Baker Junction ,Kerala Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Job Summary We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Executive to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, Google, and other online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content, posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate quality leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Develop content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
• Support lead-generation campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.
• Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and other brand-building initiatives. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or brand management.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
