Director Digital Engagements

We are hiring a senior Digital Engagement & Portfolio Leader to own the strategy, delivery, commercial performance, and growth of a portfolio of global client engagements. This is a leadership role for someone who combines performance marketing/digital expertise with strong client leadership, portfolio delivery, P&L ownership, and people management. What You’ll Do

• Own a portfolio of client engagements across performance marketing, analytics, experience optimization and creative services.
• Act as a senior partner to clients, building strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Provide strategic oversight across multiple accounts and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Lead client governance, QBRs, escalations, risk management and portfolio reviews.
• Own portfolio P&L, including revenue, margins, utilization and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, operational improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with digital, analytics, creative, MarTech and AI capability teams.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing global delivery teams.
• Drive consistency and scalability across delivery processes and engagement models. What We’re Looking For
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, client engagement or digital delivery.
• Strong experience leading multiple client accounts/engagements.
• Demonstrated experience leading the strategy and execution of performance marketing programs for global clients.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas such as:
• Performance Marketing / Paid Media
• Analytics & Data-driven Marketing
• CRO / Personalization / Experience Optimization
• Creative & Content ecosystems
• MarTech / Digital platforms
• Experience owning revenue, margins, P&L or portfolio profitability.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing teams of 20+ professionals.
• Strong coaching, performance management and talent-development capabilities.
