Spectral Consultants is Hiring | Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst – Financial Research (Private Investments) 📍 Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad We are looking for professionals with a strong background in Financial Research, Equity Research, Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking to join a leading global investment & Technology firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance across the investment lifecycle
• Review financial and operational metrics and support valuation exercises
• Prepare portfolio reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence on new investment opportunities
• Build financial models and perform company valuations
• Prepare investment analyses and presentations for decision-making Preferred Experience: ✔ 4 to 12 years of relevant experience ✔ Strong financial modeling and valuation skills ✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills ✔ Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Big 4 Deals/Transaction Services, Equity Research, Investment Banking.
