Explain company products and services to customers. Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Generate leads through field visits, references, and other available sources. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful conversions. Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads, and sales activities. Coordinate with the sales team and manager to achieve business goals. Candidate Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities. Comfortable with extensive field travel. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to build relationships with customers. Previous experience in field sales, BFSI, insurance, fintech, loans, or financial products will be an added advantage.
