Blackstone India is hiring a Financial Analyst (Entry Level) for its Mumbai team. Blackstone is one of the world's largest alternative asset managers, investing across private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure with over a trillion dollars in assets. India is among its most important markets; its primary India office is in Mumbai, supported by a center of excellence in Gurugram. This is a full-time, entry-level role (0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome) ideal for recent graduates who want to build a strong career in Alternative Asset Management / Private Equity. As a analyst, you'll work on real, impactful projects alongside experienced professionals, with structured mentorship, hands-on learning and clear ownership from day one. What you'll do:

  • Support financial analysis, reporting and reconciliation
  • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
  • Assist with month-end close and audit support
  • Analyse financial data and flag discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal teams on data and reporting What we're looking for:
