About the Role TrueBlue India LLP is looking to hire an Analyst– US Payroll tax who will join a team of professionals that form TrueBlue’s Payroll Tax Team. Payroll Tax Analyst’s responsibilities includes filing tax reports, handling W2 & W4 queries, SUTA payments, Monthly Returns, Master tax reporting, respond to various audit and tax agency queries and requests, while exemplifying our company values of Be Optimistic, Be Passionate, Be Accountable, Be Respectful, and Be True. Responsibilities:

  • Handle W2 queries and Calls.
  • Basic knowledge of W4 form and US Taxation.
  • Do daily & monthly tax payments.
  • Perform Monthly Returns.
  • Perform State Unemployment insurance (SUTA) payments/Quarter Filling.
  • Other duties may be assigned including running reports of employee earnings to answer questions from various governmental agencies.
  • Respond to various audit and tax agency queries and requests.
  • Prepare a log of the tickets received on daily basis.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Maintain accurate historical records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Ensuring process SLA’s & TAT are met.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population. Qualifications:
  • Commerce Graduate
  • 1-2 years of experience in US Payroll Tax (Relevant experience).
  • Related experience in a multi-unit corporate organization with global exposure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good communication skills (Require calling customers in US)
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Work in US shift timings.
