Full Stack Developer – React / Node.js / Python | AI-Assisted Development

🚀 We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer – React / Node.js / Python | AI-Assisted Development Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Pune Company: Webassic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build modern web applications end-to-end — and knows how to effectively use AI development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar tools to build faster and better. This is not a role for someone who simply generates code using AI. We are looking for someone who understands software engineering fundamentals, can independently reason through technical problems, review and improve AI-generated code, debug issues, and take ownership of building production-quality applications. What You’ll Work On You will work with our technology team to build and evolve modern Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), SaaS products and AI-enabled applications. You will be involved across the development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, debugging and deployment. What We’re Looking For Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3 and modern responsive UI development
• REST API integration
• Experience building mobile-friendly web applications / PWAs
• Understanding of frontend state management and component architecture Backend Strong practical experience with one or more of:
• Node.js
• Python
• REST APIs and backend application development
• MySQL / PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Authentication, authorization and application security fundamentals AI-Assisted Development This is an important part of the role. You should have practical experience using one or more AI development tools such as:
• OpenAI Codex
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• Other agentic coding / AI development tools We expect you to know how to use AI for more than code completion. You should be comfortable using AI tools to:
• Understand an existing codebase
• Plan implementation before coding
• Generate and refactor code
• Debug complex problems
• Write and improve tests
• Review AI-generated code critically
• Work with Git branches and repositories
• Investigate bugs across frontend, backend and database layers
