Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Graphic/Visual Designer and Video/Motion Editor will create high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, presentations, and UI-related graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, logos, and brand elements, producing and editing videos and motion graphics for campaigns, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across platforms. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams, preparing design drafts and iterations, and ensuring timely delivery of assets aligned with project requirements. The individual will maintain and update an online portfolio (such as Behance or Vimeo) showcasing past work and may assist in creating guidelines and templates to improve design consistency and workflow efficiency. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and visually engaging layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) is highly beneficial.
• A strong online portfolio hosted on platforms such as Behance, Vimeo, or a personal website demonstrating graphic, branding, and motion work is required.
• Relevant experience in graphic/visual design and video/motion editing, preferably in a creative agency or IT/technology environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
