Job Title: Graphic Designer – Illustrator Location: Pune (100% On-Site) Shift: Night / Rotational (US hours) Budget: Up to ₹4 LPA About the Role We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer to join our Pune team and work directly with international clients. Key Requirements

• Location: Pune (On-Site only, no WFH)
• Shift: Night / Rotational (aligned with US clients)
• English: Strong verbal & written – mandatory
• Software: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Portfolio: Mandatory
• Assessment: On-site round mandatory
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Responsibilities
• Create product mockups, presentation decks, layouts & marketing materials
• Develop digital & print-ready artwork per brand guidelines
• Retouch, resize & enhance images
• Handle revisions & incorporate client feedback
• Communicate directly with international/US clients to understand requirements
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality What We’re Looking For
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Experience in product mockups & presentation decks
• Good understanding of typography, color, composition & layout
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Comfortable with client-facing communication
• Detail-oriented & able to handle multiple projects
