Graphic Designer UI/UX & Web About the Role We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who also has good knowledge of UI/UX design and website Design . The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be able to create attractive graphics, user-friendly website interfaces, and engaging digital content. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to create visually appealing designs that are easy to use and aligned with Truskopes brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other marketing creatives.Design website pages, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces.Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using UI/UX tools.Convert design ideas into responsive and user-friendly website layouts.Work with the development team to ensure designs are properly implemented on websites.Have basic to good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, icons, and overall brand identity.Simplify complex healthcare information into clear, engaging, and visually attractive content.Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Tech teams for campaigns and digital projects.Understand user requirements and create designs that provide a smooth and user-friendly experience.Improve existing website and digital product designs based on user feedback and business requirements.Create and maintain design systems, components, grids, and visual guidelines.Stay updated with the latest Graphic Design, UI/UX, Web Design, and AI design trends.Use AI tools to improve creativity, generate ideas, enhance visuals, and make the design process more efficient.Required Tools & Technical Skills The candidate should have hands-on experience with: Adobe Photoshop Strong proficiencyAdobe Illustrator Strong proficiencyFigma UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systemsAdobe XD Knowledge preferredCanva For social media and marketing creativesAI Design Tools Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar AI toolsHTML & CSS Basic to good knowledgeResponsive Web Design Understanding of desktop, tablet, and mobile layoutsUI/UX Design Tools Knowledge of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, components, grids, typography, and layoutsPrototyping Tools Ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma or similar toolsRequired Skills Strong understanding of Graphic Design and Visual DesignGood understanding of UI/UX principles and user experienceExcellent sense of color, typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchyAbility to create modern and engaging digital designsGood understanding of website design and developmentAbility to translate ideas and requirements into creative designsStrong visual storytelling skillsAbility to work on multiple projects and meet deadlinesGood communication and collaboration skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as with cross-functional teamsQualification & Experience Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field.13 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a similar role preferred.Freshers with strong skills and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is primarily a Graphic Designer but also has practical knowledge of UI/UX and Website Development. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle marketing creatives, branding, website design, UI/UX, basic web development requirements, and AI-assisted design workflows. Portfolio showcasing Graphic Design + UI/UX is highly preferred. Compensation: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
