Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst Skills: Guidewire, Policy Center, Claims Center Experience: 6-12 Years Location: Hyderabad, Greater Noida & Pune We at Coforge are hiring for Guidewire Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center/Claims Center Business Analyst with 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance policy management and a deep understanding of the Guidewire Policy Center platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Guidewire Policy Center/Claims center.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support the testing process by developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users on the Guidewire Policy Center functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Guidewire and insurance policy management. Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience with Guidewire Policy Center/ Claims Center is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Guidewire products (e.g., Billing Center, Claim Center).
• Understanding of data modeling and database concepts. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims center.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
