Head HR -Global Capability Centre

Our Client is a Global Manufacturing company. They are setting a GCC Centre in India and are looking for a Head HR-GCC. Ideally, with 18+yrs experience. He/She will lead the overall people strategy for the GCC and build the HR function to support rapid growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture. This role will be accountable for scaling the workforce to 3,000 employees while ensuring strong governance, compliance, talent quality, etc. Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR strategy for the GCC aligned to business growth plans and global operating priorities
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to scale hiring across functions, levels, and locations, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and retention
• Build scalable HR processes covering onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, HRMS, and policy governance.
• Partner with global and local leadership teams on org design, manpower planning, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Establish performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards, and succession frameworks suitable for a growing GCC.
• Drive employee engagement, culture building, manager capability, and communication programs to support scale and stability
