Head of Human Resources

Hiring: Manager – Human Resources & Industrial Relations 📍 Location: Belsani, Near MIDC Tadali, Chandrapur, Maharashtra Mahamaya Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. (part of Hind Energy Group), a leading coal washing company operating a 4 MTPA capacity plant at Belsani, Chandrapur, is looking for an experienced HR & IR professional to join our on-site team. Role Overview We're seeking a seasoned HR leader who can independently manage industrial relations, statutory compliance, and payroll operations at our plant, while confidently handling on-ground labour and administrative matters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR and Industrial Relations for the plant
• Ensure compliance with labour laws — Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and their latest amendments
• Prepare and process salary sheets, allowance sheets, PF/ESI challans, and payments
• Handle labour unrest, theft cases, and workplace accidents with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Liaise effectively with local police and labour department authorities as needed Requirements
• Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (mandatory)
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in HR/IR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant setting
• Strong working knowledge of Marathi (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage difficult, high-pressure situations
