Job Description: - Lead the end-to-end Plant & Corporate HR function. - Drive HR strategy aligned with business objectives. - Lead Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Manpower Budgeting & HR Operations. - Build strong Industrial & Employee Relations. - Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws & Statutory Requirements. - Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, domestic inquiries and conflict resolution. - Drive Employee Engagement, L&D, Performance Management & Succession Planning.
