We’re Hiring: Healthcare Business Analyst – Support | US Healthcare Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift: Night Shift / US Shift Employment: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site – Ahmedabad Are you experienced in Healthcare Business Analysis, US Healthcare, Healthcare IT, or Application/Client Support and looking for your next career opportunity? We are looking for a Healthcare Business Analyst – Support to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding healthcare business processes, working with clients, analyzing requirements, resolving operational/system issues, and coordinating with technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• • Understand and analyze healthcare client requirements and business workflows
• • Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, support teams, and technical teams
• • Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements
• • Investigate client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• • Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, reports, and support documentation
• • Participate in UAT, issue validation, and implementation/support activities
• • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
• • Provide professional updates and support to US healthcare clients during night-shift hours
• • Maintain accurate documentation and follow defined quality and compliance processes What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Healthcare / US Healthcare / Healthcare IT / Business Analysis / Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Good client and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear requirements
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR, RCM, Medical Billing, Claims, Eligibility, Provider/Payer workflows, or Healthcare Applications is an advantage
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Night Shift / US Shift
