Job Title – Jr UI/UX Designer Years of exp – 1+ years Location - Pune Work Mode – Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, and sitemaps using industry-standard design tools.
• Design responsive UI components, navigation, and interactive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing, identify UX issues, and refine designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Maintain design consistency by adhering to UI guidelines, design systems, typography, color standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies while contributing to product innovation. Preferred Candidate Profile
• 1+ years of industry experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des/BFA) from a reputed institute; candidates from NID, MIT Institute of Design (MIT-ID), IIT Design Schools, Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID), NIFT (Fashion Communication), Srishti Manipal, ISDI, or equivalent institutes are preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, prototypes, design thinking, and user-centered design methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and exposure to design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, InDesign, or CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design principles, and design handoff to development teams.
• Understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and Agile development practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management skills with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
