• German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above is mandatory, with the ability to effectively engage with native German-speaking stakeholders across verbal and written communication channels.

• Demonstrated experience in driving HR transformation initiatives, service delivery modernization, process standardization, and operational excellence programs
• Experience leveraging Automation, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Agentic AI capabilities to improve service outcomes and operational efficiency. Business & Financial Acumen
• Experience owning service delivery governance, contractual commitments, SLA/KPI management, financial performance, and account profitability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities with a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities* 1 Candidate has to be at a Delivery Manager level with 16 Plus years of experience (Must have) 2 Minimum 5 plus years as designated Manager (Must Have) 3 German language B2 level and above proficiency (Must Have)
