HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to manage HR operations for our Gems & Jewellery Manufacturing unit in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HRMS.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
• Manage worker and staff workforce in a manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate performance management, training and employee engagement.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports and documentation.
• Support internal, customer and statutory audits.
• Implement and improve HR policies, processes and systems. Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Gems & Jewellery industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
• Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
• Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance and Recruitment processes. Job Details
