Role Overview: As the HR Manager at Global Wealth Management overseeing India & Europe Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the "Partner-led" delivery model. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the HR infrastructure is robust and operational workflows are seamless for teams in both regions. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for diverse roles across India and Europe, from sourcing to final onboarding. - Payroll Management: Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing for both domestic and international team members. - International Taxation Compliance: Ensure that all compensation structures adhere to the tax laws of both India and relevant European jurisdictions. - Operational Oversight: Manage daily HR operations and streamline internal workflows to maintain high efficiency. - Performance Management: Implement governance frameworks to track team productivity and professional development. - Contractor & Vendor Relations: Handle the engagement and administration of independent contractors and external partners. - Policy Development: Draft and maintain HR policies that align with local labor laws and the companys professional standards. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR management or generalist role. - Knowledge: Proven understanding of international HR practices, specifically within the EU-India business corridor. - Taxation: Familiarity with cross-border taxation and compliance requirements. - Communication: Exceptional professional communication skills, capable of liaising with global stakeholders.
