Job description Primary role

• To ensure that quality recruitment is done within the time.
• Ensure that Documentation of New Joinee and Employee Leaving the organisation is done as per the set process.
• To help the Legal department for implementing the labor laws at AMC.
• To see that employees are working in a disciplined manner & where necessary report the breach of policy / Code of Conduct and help in implementing Disciplinary Action. To handle Grievances of Employee when ever it arises. Help employees in Team engagement and employee motivation.
• Co-ordinate with Training team for Employee TNI and execution of Training.
• Co-ordinate on various activities related to HR activities. Seconday role
