This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional who can act as a trusted partner to the CPO, balance execution with judgment, and build scalable HR processes for a growing organization. KeyResponsibilities «Talent Acquisition

• Ownend-to-end hiring across corporate, operations,and leadership roles
• Partner with business and functional heads on workforceplanning and hiring strategy
• Ensure hiring quality, cultural fit, and timely closures
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
• Track and review hiring metrics, vendor performance,and cost efficiency «HR Generalist &Operations
• Owncompleteemployeelife cycle:onboarding, confirmation,engagement, performance& exits
• Drive HRpolicies,SOPs,and processstandardization
• Managepayrollinputs,attendance,leave,and HRISgovernance
• Ensurestatutory compliance(PF,ESIC,gratuity, labor laws)
• Actasprimaryescalationpoint for employeerelations andsensitive HRmatters «Leadership&StrategicSupport

• 8-12 years of progressiveHR experience withstrong HR Generalist foundation
