Role Description The International Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and customer support. The role also involves researching market trends, monitoring competitor activities, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and deliver a high standard of service to global clients. Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including experience in B2B sales or international sales environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and research skills to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and interpret sales data.
- Competence in using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of international trade practices, basic commercial terms (Incoterms), and global logistics processes is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads or accounts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and adapt to diverse cultures and business practices.
