ITSM Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and a deep understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) principles. As an ITSM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our asset management processes and ensuring that our IT services align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ITSM and asset management. - Develop and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and their relationships. - Identify opportunities for process improvements within ITSM practices and asset management workflows. - Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - Prepare documentation, including process maps, user stories, and requirements specifications. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ITSM tools and best practices. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ITSM initiatives.
