Job description
Junior Full-Stack Developer Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Work Mode: On-site (Kochi office) About the Role: We are looking for Junior Full-Stack Developers passionate about modern web technologies and enterprise application development. The role involves building solutions on the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, collaborating with our international team in Norway. Must-Have Requirements:
- B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, C#, or similar languages
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of REST APIs and Git
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — daily collaboration with Norwegian team AI-Assisted Development (Critical Requirement) This role requires candidates who actively use AI tools in their development workflow:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT for coding
- Strong prompting skills for code generation, debugging, and learning
- Ability to validate and refine AI-generated code
- Willingness to adopt new AI-powered development practices Good to Have:
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 or SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript or React
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services
- PowerShell scripting
- Personal projects, open-source contributions, or hackathon participation Key Technology Areas:
- Frontend: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, Fluent UI
- Backend: Azure Function Apps (C#, PowerShell), ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs
- Cloud: Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
- Integration: Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online API
