Responsibilities
- Oversee daily/weekly data operations, ETL refreshes, and data validations
- Lead root cause analysis for data issues following SOPs and escalation paths
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact for operational updates and escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly via reports, emails, and meetings Requirements
- 3–4 years experience in KTLO ( Keep the lights on) operations and data management
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and ETL/data integration
- Experience with data investigations, refresh monitoring, and SLA-driven environments
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
