Experience Fresher / 0–1 Year Location Mumbai / Thane / Bengaluru Workplace Type On-site / Office-based Employment Type Full-time / Graduate Engineer Trainee About the Role Noviqra Technologies is looking for a passionate Machine Learning / LLM Engineer who wants to build a career working with Large Language Models, model fine-tuning, machine learning and Generative AI . This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has strong fundamentals, has experimented with AI/ML projects, and wants hands-on exposure to building and optimising real-world AI models. Key Responsibilities

• Work on LLM fine-tuning and model optimisation
• Prepare, clean and structure datasets for training
• Experiment with LoRA, QLoRA and PEFT techniques
• Work with open-source LLMs and transformer-based architectures
• Build and evaluate Machine Learning / Deep Learning models
• Perform model benchmarking and performance evaluation
• Work with embeddings, tokenisation and vector databases
• Develop Python-based AI/ML pipelines
• Explore new models, research papers and emerging AI technologies
• Convert experiments and prototypes into practical product capabilities Skills We Are Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Good understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Understanding of LLMs, Transformers and NLP
• Exposure to Hugging Face
• Knowledge of PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Understanding of Fine-Tuning, LoRA, QLoRA & PEFT
• Dataset preparation and preprocessing
• Model evaluation and optimisation
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Gemma, etc.
• Basic understanding of Git / GitHub Added Advantage
• Graduation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Academic or personal projects involving LLMs / Machine Learning
• LLM fine-tuning projects available on GitHub
• Kaggle participation
• Research papers, internships, hackathons or open-source contributions
