Manager – Projects Execution 5-10 Years in Solar EPC (Commercial, Industrial & Rooftop) Projects (EPC) Description: This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects, including project planning, site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position will oversee project schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, vendors, and customer coordination while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, Commercial & Industrial Solar EPC projects from planning to final handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor site activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare customer quotations and support commercial requirements related to projects.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable project requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and regular updates for management.
• Identify project risks, execution challenges, and delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, commissioning reports, and other project closure documentation. Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
