Project Delivery: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Windchill implementations, upgrades, and data migrations. Resource Team Management: Lead cross-functional teamsincluding architects, functional consultants, developers, and QAto ensure alignment with sprint targets and deliverables. Financials Governance: Manage project budgets, forecasting, margin protection, and delivery timelines. Risk Quality Management: Proactively identify project roadblocks, maintain risk mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, external vendors, and IT leadership.
