Job Description Product Designer / UI/UX Designer (B2B SaaS) Position: Product Designer / UI/UX Designer Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years Industry Experience: B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software / Product Design Role Overview We are looking for a mid-to-senior level Product Designer who can design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for our B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building products from 0 to 1, solving complex user problems, and converting data-heavy workflows into simple and efficient user experiences. The candidate should have a strong product design portfolio demonstrating real-world B2B SaaS design projects, problem-solving approach, user research, and end-to-end design ownership. Key Responsibilities User Research & Problem Discovery Conduct direct user research sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and user pain points. Identify user problems, opportunities, and product improvement areas. Create user personas based on research insights. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define user-centric solutions. UX Strategy & Workflow Design Create user journey maps and complete experience flows. Conduct workflow analysis for new features and product improvements. Simplify complex, multi-step business processes into intuitive user experiences. Design solutions for complex, data-heavy workflows such as payroll settings, document tracking, approvals, dashboards, and enterprise processes. Design seamless mobile/responsive UX across complex desktop dashboards and employee-facing mobile views. Build clear security and trust-driven UX flows for digital signatures, verification pipelines, and document tracking. Wireframing & Prototyping Develop wireframes, user flows, and information architecture. Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Conduct usability testing sessions with clients and internal teams. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability findings. Product Improvement & Analytics Analyze product usage data, feedback surveys, and user behavior insights. Work on continuous UX improvements after product releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation. Required Skills & Experience 4 to 7 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI-UX Designer. Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products from concept to launch. Proven portfolio showcasing enterprise-level product design projects. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies. Experience in: User research User personas Customer journey mapping Workflow analysis Wireframing Prototyping Usability testing Data-driven design improvements Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Ability to design clean, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. Strong understanding of complex enterprise workflows and information-heavy applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on HR Tech, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise SaaS platforms. Understanding of product metrics, analytics, and user behavior tracking.
