Product Innovation Manager

Product Innovation Manager — Deliciae & The Bandra Cakery Deliciae is seeking a Product Innovation Manager to help shape the future of two of Mumbai's leading premium dessert brands. In this role, you will develop new cakes, desserts and seasonal collections, track emerging food and consumer trends, and translate ideas into commercially successful products. You will work closely with our founders and business team across product development, packaging and launches. Requirements: 2–4 years in product development, food innovation or culinary arts (desserts preferred), with a strong balance of creativity and commercial sense.
