Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Product Manager-Emerging Asset Financing Business: Wholesale Banking Function/ Department: Credit Syndication Job Purpose Emerging Assets Financing sits within the Wholesale Banking division and is a newly established team focused on supporting the structured and tailored financing requirements of Corporate Banking clients. The team specializes in designing creative lending solutions and creating bespoke structures to meet complex client needs. The role would support the Product Lead in designing and executing structured finance transactions across sectors. The role involves assisting in structuring innovative & bespoke lending solutions for the Banks clients. Roles & Responsibilities: The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of an exposure, from initial structuring and deal negotiation to obtaining credit approvals, executing transactions, and ongoing monitoring throughout the life of the deal. Work with Product Lead and Coverage RMs to pitch for bespoke lending solutions to corporate clients seeking such solutions Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance solutions. Assist in analyzing client requirements to support development of tailored financing structures. Preparation of credit appraisal memos / models / term sheets etc and negotiation of transaction-related documentation etc Monitor ongoing deals, track covenants, and highlight emerging risks. Support development of recent structured lending products for corporate clients Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials Growth in structured lending portfolio within approved risk parameters Timely and high-quality execution of transactions Client satisfaction and repeat business Innovation in structuring solutions for diverse client needs Qualifications Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Degree - MBA Finance, Skilled Degree - CA or CFA Years of Experience 48 years in structured finance / corporate banking; Exposure to project finance, financial modelling and credit appraisal processes; Experience in NBFC / AIFs / Credit Funds / Real Estate Fund will be an advantage .
