Product Manager – Marketing Content Platform

Job Title: Product Manager – Marketing Content Platform Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bengaluru About the Role We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of Lexi, a global copywriting and content platform used by marketing teams. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences. What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate business needs into user stories and clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Drive product adoption using data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
• Work in an Agile environment to continuously improve the platform. What We're Looking For
• Strong Product Management experience.
• Strong experience with UI/UX and customer-centric product design.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and modern web technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Content Platforms is preferred. Nice to Have
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
