Product Manager Strategy & Innovation New Delhi (India)

As an early-stage company, we offer the opportunity to work directly on product strategy, business development and execution while contributing to the creation of category-defining products. The Role: This is a cross-functional role combining product management, business analysis and strategic execution . You will work closely with the founders to shape products from concept to market, coordinate with external partners, analyse business prospects and help build scalable solutions across our product ecosystem. Location: Hybrid/Delhi-NCR Key Responsibilities Drive product development from ideation to launch. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Prepare business cases, presentations and product documentation. Work with technology, design and external partners during product development. Assist in developing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Analyse customer feedback and business data to improve products. Support strategic partnerships and business initiatives. Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management or Finance (Tier I / Tier II preferred) CA Inter / CFA (Pursuing) / Company Secretary candidates are encouraged to apply. 35 years of experience in consulting, audit, credit/rating agencies or similar analytical roles. Candidates with cross-functional corporate experience are also welcome. What We're Looking For Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities Curiosity to learn emerging technologies and build technology-enabled products. High ownership and execution mindset. Experience with Agile or product development methodologies will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
