Project leaders

Project leaders are the vision persons, and they focus on their targets, Project leaders lead, support, and give a plan for achieving a target. Project leaders are different from project managers, project leaders work among their team members, are the face of their team members, they can help their team members to complete their projects. However, project managers only lead and supervise their team members. Project leaders are working under the project managers and they submit the stages of projects to their managers. Project managers are more experienced than leaders. However, the project leaders role differs for every company.
