The is responsible for leading and managing PMO practices and processes used across Feature driven development teams in India. Additional to stay in touch with Product Development (NPD) and other development opportunities ensuring to deliver solutions on time and within budget fulfilling our customers' needs. This position reports to the Senior Manager- Project Management and is part of the PMO Organization located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. Champion the planning, controlling and coordination of a feature trains to deliver and meet defined goals using Scaled Agile development practices. Drive planning activities with key achievements, supervise progress against plans, and resolve appropriate corrective actions. Exercise risk approach to deliver against strategic goals. Cultivate and grow strong relationships across a variety of organizational functions and teams, such as: Software, Firmware, Hardware, Service and Research. Produce and deliver project-related communications such as status reports, visual management and progress metrics. Lead and measure the team's performance on project tasks. Participate in defining and rolling out Project Management standard methodologies and tools and evangelizing continuous improvement. 6 yrs overall experience in project management in medical or analytical industry for instrument or system software development with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical field. A proven track record on execution of at least two New product and software development projects, with expertise in manage Hardware and system projects Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint or other equivalent resource management and tracking tools Excellent communication, critical thinking, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: ~ May involve occasional domestic travel 10% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: PMP, ACP, and/or SCRUM Master certification Whether it's a health care program or paid time off, our programs contribute to life beyond the job.
