Role Description The Projects Interior Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, Virudhunagar , Entire south area , responsible for overseeing interior projects from concept to completion. This position manages project planning, scheduling, and coordination between design teams, site engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of interiors. The Projects Interior Manager supervises on-site execution, monitors material procurement and logistics, and ensures adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and budget constraints. Daily activities include reviewing drawings, conducting inspections, resolving site issues, tracking project progress, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing workflows, supporting client meetings, and maintaining strong communication to uphold the company’s standards of excellence in interior delivery. Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to handle multiple interior projects and timelines.
- Experience working as an Expeditor, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control processes to verify workmanship, finishes, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to plan, track, and optimize material movement, storage, and on-site availability.
- Relevant academic background in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
- Hands-on experience in interior project execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings; familiarity with project management or design software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai, manage field teams, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
