Role Description : We are seeking a Highly driven Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal Candidate will be working on Algorithmic trading systems, backend infrastructure, APIs, databases, data analytics and quantitative research tools. We are looking for someone who can understand problems, questions, assumptions, validate outputs and take ownership of delivering reliable solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend applications, following clean, modular, testable and well-documented coding practices.
• Work with APIs, SQL, Redis, databases and real-time data pipelines for efficient data storage, retrieval and system-state management.
• Build and maintain tools for market-data processing, quantitative research, strategy analysis and financial data workflows.
• Develop, validate and maintain back testing and data-analysis workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs while debugging issues, identifying root causes and resolving system failures.
• Review system outputs independently, verify accuracy, and maintain relevant documentation, SOPs and system architecture records.

• Learn and support the existing trading infrastructure, gradually taking ownership of critical systems while responsibly using and validating AI-assisted development tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Python, backend development, data structures, algorithms and software- development fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases, Redis (or similar systems), and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex or ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
• High ownership, accountability, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, identify potential failure points and independently verify solutions.
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn independently and work with limited supervision
• Personal, academic, or internship projects involving Python, APIs, databases, automation, data analysis, or backend development.
• Basic understanding of software testing, logging, debugging, and production monitoring.
• Interest in applying Python, data analytics, and technology to financial markets and investment research. Prior Experience in Financial Markets is not mandatory. Strong reasoning ability, curiosity and learning speed are more important.
