Python Developer (LLM & RAG)

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems using AI and scalable backend systems. Role Overview As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI applications powered by LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to build intelligent, production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
• Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval workflows.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and response optimization techniques.
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
• Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) where required.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development processes. Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source models.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, chunking strategies, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills. Good to Have
• Experience with AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Redis, Celery, or message queues.
• Knowledge of OCR, document processing, and computer vision.
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
